At Jaded London, we want you to be obsessed with your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original mailing bag or a durable alternative, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point or carrier location as specified in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
